changes...

This post is mostly for me to remember,  if others make it through I will be impressed. :)

We have a lot of changes going on at our house.  Kami started preschool at the elementary school, Connor is in Pre-K, We have baby #3 on the way and now we are changing jobs and moving from our home that we've known for the last 6 years.  The timing couldn't work out better, everything is falling into place.
When Tyler got news in July that his well deserved and promised raise was getting rejected because of a company policy change, we started looking for new employment. We applied at a few places, had an interview and decided it wasn't what we were looking for. We applied at a few other places and didn't hear anything. We gave ourselves until October to keep looking and decided that if we didn't find something by October that we were going to need to stay put so we didn't have insurance problems with delivering a baby at the beginning of the year since many companies won't insure you for 90 days. We got to the middle of September and decided  to stay where we were and we were ok with it. We thought we would start looking again after the baby was born.
A few days later my sister called me asking if Tyler would be interested in applying for a job in Logan or in Riverdale. We decided against Logan because of us still being in a lease and jumped at the job in Riverdale! Funny thing is Tyler had already applied for that company but got an email saying they already filled the position. Apparently Tyler's resume was never seen by the person doing interviews when we applied the first time and they called Tyler within the week to schedule an interview. Tyler went and was really excited about the job and hoped it would come through. They sent him an offer the following day and we accepted the same week.
We have been blessed to have many things that could be a problem just work out. Just a few:

* Our lease isn't up for 6 more months, but we've worked it out that we will be able to transfer to another one of this apartment's complexes to finish out our lease so tyler will only have to commute for 2-3 weeks intstead of 6 months.

*Our current insurance will cover us to October 31st and our new insurance will kick in Nov. 1st.

* We have a moving truck ready, thanks to some great friends.
* I am finally showing improvement from my horrible morning sickness so I can actually get things done.

We have been so blessed and the Lord's time has been much less stressful than our time would have been had things worked out when we thought they should of.

Leaving of course brings saddness as well. There are too many people that we and our kiddos are going to miss. However we know this is where we are supposed to go and we are excited for the journey ahead.
