Connor's 9 month Check-up

I thought I would do a little update on Connor. He had his nine month check up last week. He is currently 17 pounds and 29 inches long. that would make him in the 1oth percentile in weight and the 90th percentile in height. At every well child check the doctor assures me that his weight is fine and I need to fight the urge to fatten him up. She said he's been in the 10th percentile his whole life and that's just his curve. Perhaps the most exciting thing for me and him has been that his Reflux is GONE! Axid was an amazing medication for him and literally saved us from going crazy! 9 months of throwing up finally came to an end! Most of his 6-9 month clothes will have to be thrown away though. Reflux babies don't just spit up milk, they spit up solids too! I thought oxyclean would take out anything but not squash, sweet potato or green bean stains!

Connor is getting cuter (and naughtier) every day. He is mastering his walking and is now brave enough to just take off on his own even though a few steps later he face plants right into the floor. He loves to listen to grandma and daddy on the phone. He just sits there and smiles while they talk to him and once in a while he'll laugh or come up with a sound to say back. He's a funny little boy and even makes himself laugh at times. Last night he was doing a fakey whine and somehow snorted on accident and he got the giggles after that.

He loves other kids and has no sense of personal space. He has to be right up in their faces playing with (or pulling) their hair and touching their cheeks.

We love our little Connor and can't believe he's going to be ONE in a couple months. It goes way too fast!
